The Twelve Tribes of Israel – Division Born in the House of Jacob
 
I chose to paint the Twelve Tribes out of the pain and reality of the division within our nation today.
To understand how deep this rift truly is, we must remember that it is not new:
the division began already within the house of Israel itself—
between Rachel and Leah, between Bilhah and Zilpah, and among the children who grew up in the quiet anarchy of preference, jealousy, and competing status.
 
The tensions inside Jacob’s tent — beneath those humble cloth walls — shaped the complex reality from which the tribes of Israel emerged.
It was from within this fracture that a nation was formed, and it is a story that still echoes in us today
