Thank you for purchasing original artwork from Iris Wexler. We take great care in packaging and shipping our artworks to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we have established the following return and refund policy

Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for artworks that arrive damaged due to shipping.

Condition: To qualify for a return, the artwork must be in its original packaging and condition, except for the damage incurred during shipping.

Timeframe: You must notify us of any shipping damage within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
Refunds

Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, exchanges are not available.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the artwork.
